At Redeemed Threads, each item is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, including ordering the wrong size, color, or design.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly work with you to make it right.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We will offer a refund or replacement only if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item (e.g., wrong size, color, or product)

  • The package is lost in transit and cannot be tracked

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and/or packaging

  • Your order number

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for the following:

  • Incorrect sizing ordered (please review the size chart before purchasing)

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Minor variations in print color or placement, as each item is made individually

  • Late deliveries due to shipping delays beyond our control

How to Start a Claim

If approved, we will issue a replacement order or process a refund to your original payment method.
